Caregivers visit older adults at home, and every visit needs one. Right now the recruiting team cannot reach everyone alone. You talk to caregivers, families, and friends every day. This course gives you the words, the permission, and the easy hand-off to recruiting. It takes under ten minutes a day.
Who it’s for: Every office team member: schedulers, payroll, coordinators, intake, HR, and managers. No recruiting experience needed.
By the end, you’ll be able to:
